Started in 1995 by a medical doctor called Doctor Madan Kataria, laughter yoga is a combination of playful exercises and Yogic breathing while simulating fake laughter… which eventually becomes real.

The scientific evidence today suggests the body cannot distinguish the difference between real and fake laughter. This means you will receive the same benefits regardless.
