About our 9 Week Meditation Course at Red Rose Studio
Who’s The Course For And What’s Included
Learn to meditate to relieve stress, increase creativity, improve relaxation and overall health.
This course is for complete beginners, or for those looking to get back on track with their meditation. On completion of this course, you will have an understanding on how to use a daily practice of mediation in your life. You will also then gain access to three other meditation classes and you will have the option to be part of the meditation community growing with the Red Roses.
This course covers many styles of mediation and even includes how to sit in meditation- it is very interactive, with a small group of people.
